In commemoration of the founding anniversary of the Iglesia Ni Cristo, the Angeles City Council (Sangguniang Panlungsod), has declared July 27, 2011 as a Special Non-Working Holiday in Angeles City.
The declaration of the July 27 as a special non-working holiday in Angeles City took effect by virtue of City Ordinance No. 263, S-2009 which was approved on June 24, 2009.
